Learn more about Chiropractic care with Craig and Sue!

Sue graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 1997 and has over 25 years of clinical experience helping people improve their musculoskeletal health and overall wellbeing. Her patient-centred approach combines chiropractic care with a broad understanding of movement, function, and soft tissue health, supported by additional qualifications in massage and soft tissue therapies.

Sue has a particular interest in supporting individuals living with chronic pain, stress-related conditions, mobility issues, and the long-term effects of trauma. She takes a holistic approach to care, recognising the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle factors. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, ensuring patients feel listened to, supported, and empowered throughout their journey to better health.

Chiropractic care focuses on improving the function of the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Treatment may help with a range of musculoskeletal complaints, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, joint discomfort, postural issues, reduced mobility, and tension-related symptoms. By restoring movement and reducing dysfunction, chiropractic care aims to support the body’s natural ability to heal and function effectively.

During your first appointment, Sue will take a detailed medical history and discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals. A thorough assessment will then be carried out to identify areas of restriction, imbalance, or dysfunction. Following this assessment, Sue will explain her findings and develop a personalised treatment plan which may include gentle chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle advice where appropriate.
