I hold a bachelors degree in Sports Therapy from Edge Hill University and am a member of the Society of Sports Therapy where I developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation, manual therapy and massage techniques. My training equipped me with practical skills and clinical understanding needed to support recovery, enhance performance and prevent injury. Since graduating, I have gained hands-on experience working within both football and rugby environments. In these settings, I have provided deep tissue massage and conducted injury assessments. I am passionate about delivering tailored, patient-focused care, combining my academic knowledge with real-world experience to support individuals at every stage of recovery.

Craig- Chiropractor

Craig is a chiropractor with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic and a broad background in movement, posture, rehabilitation, coaching and mind-body health. He works with people who want to feel more comfortable, mobile, strong and confident in their bodies. Craig treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, sciatica, postural problems, sports-related injuries, work-related discomfort, stress-related tension and general aches and stiffness. He takes a thorough, whole-person approach, looking not only at the area of pain, but also at movement patterns, posture, lifestyle, stress, exercise habits and the demands of everyday life. His treatments may include chiropractic care, soft tissue work, movement and rehabilitation advice, postural guidance and simple strategies patients can use between appointments. Craig’s aim is to help people understand their bodies better, recover more effectively, and make practical changes that support long-term health rather than simply chasing short-term relief. With over 25 years’ experience in health, movement, meditation, coaching and personal development, Craig brings a calm, compassionate and deeply attentive presence to his work. He is especially interested in the way physical pain and tension can be influenced by stress, the nervous system, breathing, posture and lifestyle. Craig’s patients can expect to feel listened to, clearly assessed and properly supported. His goal is to help each person leave feeling reassured, more informed, and on a clear path toward moving and feeling better.

Vicki- Craniosacral Therapist

Vicki's journey into Craniosacral Therapy (CST) began after working for many years as a teacher, Head of Department, and Housemistress in one of the very few UK state-run boarding schools. She became increasingly interested in how the body holds and responds to stress, trauma, and everyday tension—not just physically, but emotionally too. This led her to train in Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle yet powerful approach that helps support the body’s own healing processes. She qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in July 2012, after training with some of the UK's leading practitioners. Their knowledge and expertise has shaped the way she works today. She is a qualified teacher, she has an enhanced DBR and is a certified First Aider. She is fully insured and a member and Trustee of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) and complies to their Code of Ethics and membership requirements. She is also a member of The International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings. In addition to supporting clients health and wellbeing, Vicki has a keen interest in how CST can support post-concussion recovery and is exploring collaborations with sport researchers and scientists investigating the consequences of concussion, sub-concussion and their links to declining Brain Health.
